1. NO changes or cancellation of orders after our confirmation email!!

2. Payment of items must be made within 3 days after our notification of payment email.

3. 2nd payment is required for shipping costs. To be paid when items arrive.

4. We only accept payments via IB or fund transfer to POSB Savings Account 178-32558-2. IB is definitely encouraged.

5. Please be VERY VERY PATIENT in waiting as Taiwan auctions usually takes around 1-2 months.

6. All items will be checked for defects by sellers before mailing out thus we will not be liable for any damages.

7. We will do our best to reply all questions and mails within 24 hours. If you do not receive our reply in 2 days, please resend your mails to us again.

8. Refer to each individual post for handling fee but it should average $1.50 per piece unless otherwise stated.

9. Exchange rate for taiwan sprees: SGD1: NT20.

10. Collection will be via Normal/ Registered mail and postage will be paid by spree-ers.

11. Meetups may be possible but it will be arranged at our convenience.
